They are all committed to making a positive impact on the lives of all young adults.

Managing Director & Safeguarding Lead
Ediz Serman
From secondary school teaching to training colleagues and leaders within schools, to developing whole school policies, Ediz has a wealth of experience and skills that make him a valuable asset in the education, coaching and mentoring field.
"I believe in levelling the playing field and assisting learners in reaching their full potential, regardless of their personal background."
With over 15+ years of experience working within secondary schools and mentoring young adults. He has also had numerous leadership roles most recently as the Head of Centre at an Education Support Centre. Last summer, Ediz successfully lead the ESC to achieve an 'Outstanding' OFSTED rating, which was the centres fifth consecutive outstanding rating in a row.

Ediz has also been a Head of Department and Head of Year. His leadership roles and work with young adults show his dedication to making a positive impact in their lives.

The "Kaizen" philosophy that Ediz believes in, which emphasizes continuous improvement, is definitely a great mindset to have in both personal and professional development. It's clear that he is committed to lifelong learning and growth.

Ediz also has talents in music production and personal training, showing a well-rounded skill set.

Director & Princes Trust Lead
Joe Walker
Joe has a passion for continuous growth and personal development. Always seeking new challenges and opportunities to excel. Determined to make a positive impact and inspire others through hard work and dedication.

Working with young adults for the last 15 years, Joe has been involved with numerous community and youth projects around London and Hertfordshire. Joe's skills and experience ranges from being a county lead for Princes Trust, Music workshops, boxing coaching as well as being a music artist himself.
​
Joe has been instrumental in re-engaging hundreds of young adults back into education and work. Improving their lives and wellbeing while setting them up for future successes.
​
Joe's philosophy is built on passion and enthusiasm which is infectious and he has the ability to engage all learners with his pastoral skills.

Arts Award Lead & SEND/Access Arrangements
Sara Campbell
Sara has over 15+ years experience as head of Art and working with SEMH learners in mainstream schools and Education Support Centre. Sara leads on the ARTS AWARD qualification and supports SENCO's in a range of schools.

Sara is a fully qualified Access Arrangements Assessor and has worked with a range of mainstream schools supporting their applications and exams processes.
​

Sara is also a fully qualified Yoga teacher and runs wellbeing activities for learners and staff members.

PSD Lead Practitioner
Keeth Bandara
Keeth has over 15+ years experience in leadership roles in multiple youth and education sectors.

As a dedicated Curriculum Lead with a passion for education and personal development, Keeth has had the privilege of spearheading initiatives in Personal Social Development, Business Studies, and Financial Education Award programs within education support centres.
​
Keeth is passionate about driving progress through creative and strategic thinking, building a strong collaborative approach and engaging with stakeholders to have best possible and long lasting impact.
Throughout his past experience Keeth has always found ways to engage with young people and volunteers to bring about lasting results.

Keeth is also a lead pastor at a local community church organisation.

Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist & Mental Health Lead
Hannah Chimbani
Hannah is a highly skilled and experienced cognitive behavioural psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in both primary and secondary mental health sectors. With a passion for helping individuals overcome their mental health challenges, Hannah is eager to broaden mental health awareness within schools and teach young people how to navigate life’s experiences and the complex emotions that often come with them.
Throughout Hannah’s career, she has gained experience in delivering court mandated alcohol and class A substance misuse programs for individuals within the court system. Hannah also has extensive experience working with complex mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, Bipolar and psychosis within acute psychiatric facilities.
Currently Hannah delivers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to a wide variety of individuals suffering with depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, health anxiety, social anxiety and eating disorders. Hannah tailors her support to the individual to account for additional needs such as ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, hearing and sight impairments. Her compassionate and empathetic approach has helped patients navigate through challenging times and develop coping strategies to manage them.
Through evidence-based CBT Hannah helps individuals develop effective coping strategies and empowers them to overcome their mental health challenges.
With a strong commitment to ongoing professional development, Hannah stays up to date with the latest research and therapeutic techniques to provide the highest standard of care to her clients.
