ARMS REACH CIC
At Arms Reach CIC, we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, no matter their background or the barriers they face. We provide alternative education and holistic interventions for young people aged 11–16 who may be disengaged from mainstream schooling, at risk of exclusion, or have Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Our specialist team brings over 15 years of combined experience in pastoral care, youth work, and education leadership. We deliver tailored mentoring, wellbeing programmes, and therapeutic interventions that build confidence, character, and connection, beyond the classroom.
We work in close partnership with schools, local authorities, community organisations, and parents/carers to provide personalised support that meets each young person’s academic, emotional, and social needs. Our expertise in supporting SEN learners, including those with autism, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, ensures that every young person receives the care, understanding, and structure they need to thrive.

Alongside our school-based work, we also support young people who are home educated or accessing education through EOTAS, offering flexible and personalised mentoring to meet their individual needs.
Through one-to-one mentoring and small group enrichment projects in areas such as sports, music, and literacy, we help young people rediscover their purpose, resilience, and belief in what’s possible.
At Arms Reach CIC, we’re not just supporting students, we’re shaping futures.
