ARMS REACH CIC
At Arms Reach CIC, we believe every young person deserves the chance to reach their full potential-no matter their background or barriers. We provide alternative education and holistic interventions for young people aged 11–16 who may be disengaged from mainstream schooling, at risk of exclusion, or have Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Our specialist team combines over 15 years of experience in pastoral care, youth work, and education leadership, delivering tailored mentoring, wellbeing programmes, and therapeutic interventions that build confidence, character, and connection-beyond the classroom.

We work in close partnership with schools, local authorities, and community organisations to provide personalised support that meets each learner’s academic, emotional, and social needs. Our expertise in supporting SEN learners, including those with autism, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, ensures that every young person receives the care, understanding, and structure they need to thrive.

Through one-to-one mentoring and group-based enrichment projects in sports, music, and literacy, we help young people rediscover their purpose, resilience, and belief in what’s possible.

At Arms Reach CIC, we’re not just supporting students-we’re shaping futures.
